Debra Springer-Manz

Debra has been providing massage therapy services at Health Goals for over 9 years!  She trained at Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1991.  Debbie has practiced in NJ since 1992 and is also licensed to practice in Rhode Island.  Her areas of expertise include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pfrimmer, Sports Massage (pre & post event), Infant Massage & Infant Massage Instructor, Geriatric Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Massage for Cancer Patients. Joan Dighton NCTMB

Joan first became interested in Massage Therapy having  received massage following a neck and upper back injury.  In 2001, she trained at the South Jersey School of Muscle Therapy where she successfully completed a 524 hour training program in Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Techniques, Anatomy, Physiology and related studies.  In 2002, she passed the National Certification examination in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.  As a nationally certified massage therapist, Joan is committed to upholding the standards of her profession and aim to provide the highest quality of care to her clients.  As part of this commitment, Joan regularly undertakes additional training in the massage field.  This training is in the areas of:

-Repetitive Use Injury Therapy

-Sports Massage

-Facilitated Stretching

-Orthopedic Massage

-The Rossiter System of 2 Person Stretching
